This policy outlines the conditions for returning, exchanging, and refunding products purchased from Don Fashion. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to the terms below.
1. Request Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, as confirmed by the official carrier tracking record, provided all conditions in this policy are met.
2. Conditions for Acceptance
- Product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage, wear, or alterations.
- Original packaging and seals must be intact, including all accessories and manuals.
- Clear photos and/or videos must be provided showing the product’s condition, external packaging, and shipping label.
3. Non-Eligible Items
- Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales.
- Customised or made-to-order items.
- Free gifts and promotional products.
- Products with measurement variations of up to 3 cm, as per the size chart available on the website.
- Products with minor colour or finish variations caused by lighting or production batches.
4. Return Costs
Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

6. Inspection and Approval
All returned products will undergo inspection, which may take up to 15 business days after receipt. Authentic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with this policy.
7. Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping and administrative fees.
- The financial institution may first send a **small verification amount** to confirm the validity of the bank account.
- After the verification is completed, the **full refund amount will be deposited within 30 to 60 calendar days**, depending on the processing time of the customer’s bank or card operator.
- Refunds are processed by the card processor, and processing times vary according to each institution.
- Exchanges may take up to 30 calendar days to be processed and completed.
8. Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt, including clear photos/videos. If confirmed, Authentic may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
9. Size Discrepancies
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before purchasing. Exchanges due to incorrect size choice will only be accepted upon payment of new shipping and any additional costs.
